Purchase & Cancellation Policies<\/strong><\/p>

Odylic S.A.S. (RNT No. 209436 \u2013 Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism) is a boutique travel agency specializing in designing tailor-made journeys in collaboration with a trusted network of local operators worldwide.\nFor this reason, specific booking, payment, and cancellation conditions may vary depending on the destination, provider, or experience selected.\nBelow you will find our general policies. The specific terms applicable to your trip will always be clearly outlined in your proposal prior to confirmation.<\/p>

Terms & Conditions<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Each journey is unique, and therefore payment terms, modifications, and cancellation policies may vary depending on the providers involved in your itinerary<\/strong>These specific terms will always be communicated in your proposal before confirming your trip.<\/p>

Reservations & Payments<\/b><\/span><\/p>

An initial deposit dis required<\/strong> to secure your booking. The amount and due date will depend on the providers involved.\nThe remaining balance must be paid prior to departure, within the timeframe established by each provider (typically between 30 and 60 days before travel).\nPayments may be made in Colombian pesos (COP), US dollars (USD), or euros (EUR), depending on the agreement with the client. In some cases, payments may be made directly to the local provider.<\/p>

Currency Conversion & International Transfers<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Prices will be quoted in foreign currency (USD or EUR), unless otherwise agreed.\nIf the client pays inCOP and Odylic must pay suppliers in USD or EUR,<\/strong>the applicable exchange rate will be the bank\u2019s rate on the day of the transaction<\/strong>. International transfer fees and banking commissions will be included.<\/strong>. All rates are subject to currency fluctuations until full payment is received.<\/p>

Modifications & Cancellations<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Once the trip is confirmed,any changes will be subject to availability and may incur additional costs<\/strong> as defined by the providers.<\/p>

Cancellations will be subject to the individual policies of each provider, as outlined in the proposal. Some services may be partially or fully non-refundable.<\/p>

In the event of cancellation by the client without force majeure or justified cause (see section below), Odylic will retain 20% of the total trip cost as a non-refundable penalty,<\/strong> regardless of the cancellation date. This covers time invested in design, coordination, administrative costs, and commitments made with local partners.\n\nAny remaining balance\u2014if applicable and permitted by suppliers\u2014may be issued as a travel credit, subject to predefined validity and conditions. If funds are non-refundable but reusable, a travel credit will be issued under the same conditions.<\/p>

Air Services<\/b><\/span><\/p>

If international or domestic flights are included, they will be subject to the airline\u2019s own policies regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds.\nOdylic has no control over these conditions and will act solely as an intermediary with the airline when applicable.<\/p>

Cancellation Due to Justified Cause or Force Majeure<\/b><\/p>

In exceptional and duly documented situations\u2014such as pregnancy, death of an immediate family member, official border closures, natural disasters, health crises, or political conflicts preventing travel\u2014Odylic will make every effort to negotiate changes or refunds with the relevant providers.<\/p>

In these cases:<\/p>

  • A maximum penalty of 1<\/strong>0<\/strong>% of the total trip cost <\/strong> will apply, covering non-refundable design and administrative fees.<\/li>
  • The remaining balance may be retained as a travel credit, subject to availability and supplier policies.<\/li><\/ul>

    Odylic will act as an intermediary with providers but cannot guarantee outcomes or refunds<\/strong>, as these depend entirely on each provider\u2019s contractual terms.<\/p>

    Documentation & Legal Requirements<\/b><\/p>

    It is the traveler\u2019s responsibility to comply with all legal requirements of the destination (visas, vaccinations, exit permits, etc.).\nOdylic is not responsible for visa denials or any legal impediments to travel.<\/p>

    Luggage, Personal Belongings & Assistance<\/b><\/p>

    The client is responsible for their luggage, documents, and personal belongings. In the event of loss or damage, claims must be filed directly with the airline or relevant provider.<\/p>

    We strongly recommend that each traveler purchase comprehensive travel insurance appropriate to their destination and type of trip. If insurance is not obtained, the traveler assumes full responsibility for any medical, legal, logistical, or personal risks and costs that may arise.<\/p>

    Legal & Ethical Commitment<\/b><\/p>

    Odylic complies with all applicable Colombian laws, including:<\/p>

    • Law 300 of 1996 and its subsequent amendments (General Tourism Law)<\/li>
    • Law 679 of 2001 (protection against the sexual exploitation of minors)<\/li>
    • Sustainability and responsible tourism regulations<\/li>
    • Inclusion and non-discrimination policies<\/li><\/ul>

      We promote the purchase of local products and work with partners who share our values of positive impact, quality, and ethical practices.<\/p>

      Acceptance of Terms<\/b><\/p>

      Acceptance of these terms constitutes a legally binding agreement between the client and Odylic S.A.S., and will be considered valid through any of the following:
      \u2022 Partial or full payment of the trip
      \u2022 Digital acceptance of the proposal
      \u2022 Confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or any previously agreed written communication channel<\/p>
